Achieving high levels of commitment and motivation from front line staff as well as meeting the needs of your customers and your managers at the same time is pivotal if the business is to achieve success.

The First Line Management and Supervision Skills course was extremely beneficial & tailored to suit our company’s needs, not just generic as some training programs can be. Mike added the personal touch which we all appreciated and felt any questions we asked were answered with our business in mind. We all came away feeling more confident in our roles and have already started to put into practice some of the new skills we learnt. All in all we would definitely recommend the course & Ripley Training to anyone & the next course is already booked with them!
