Yes, mainly using Zoom however we can use MS Teams and other video conferencing to suit your needs.
We can also split our training courses and programmes over a number of days to suit individual and groups.
We mainly use hotels or appointed training centres that provide a quality service and these include Novotel and the Clayton brands. Start times are normally 9 am and finish times are 4.30 pm. These are confirmed in the course/programme joining instructions released at least seven days prior to the event.
Please allow time for rush hour traffic in the morning so you can arrive in good time. If you happen to be running late then please call us on the number provided in your joining instructions, our business office on 01423 861122 or the hotel reception so we can advise the trainer onsite.
Please ask them to contact our office on 01423 861122 or the hotel – all assuming they are not able to get an answer on your mobile.
Our trainers are flexible to delegate mobiles being left on vibrate on the day if there is a medical emergency at home or critical matters are taking place at work. Please let our office know beforehand (email is preferred) and the trainer on arrival so they are aware of your circumstances.
All of our full day open courses and programmes include lunch and refreshments. Please advise of any dietary requirements in advance.
We leave our clients to decide on what will be available for in-company training. Although we do recommend refreshments on arrival, 10.30 am and 2.30 pm as well as a buffet lunch at 12 pm where your budget allows.
Simply call one of our team on 01423 861122 and we will either answer your questions or we will ask the trainer who will be delivering the training to call you directly to respond to your questions.
We normally issue pre-course questionnaires and these will provide you with the opportunity to be more specific about your needs.
We will take into account all attendees requirements and where possible we will try to include all requests.
We recommend business casual clothing for most of our courses and programmes to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease.
We always make you feel at ease on arrival and make the training both fun and interactive.
We try to aim for venues that provide car parking (chargeable in all cases) however there are some venues where you need to park nearby. Either way these details will be included in the joining instructions or we can advise at the time of booking.
Most of our clients pay by BACS following receipt of an invoice or by selecting card payment when they making a booking through our website. This will take you to our Stripe Account so you can make a secure card payment. We also accept payment by cheque as long as the funds have cleared prior to the date of the course or programme.
We can also send you a secure payment link by email to our Stripe Account to enable you to progress a secure card payment.

Where possible we will apply discretion however we would always encourage you to ask someone else to attend in your place. The full cost of the course is normally applied if the cancellation is within four weeks of the training date.
